Learn the movement, choose a manageable load, and build from there.
Our small boutique gym sits inside the fencing club, but the fitness class is open to everyone. Training uses straightforward strength and conditioning work, including kettlebell movements and carries, to build stronger legs, a steadier trunk, and the ability to keep working.
A coach helps you learn the movement and choose a weight and pace you can control. As that becomes familiar, you can increase the demand. You can join to support another sport or simply to make regular strength training part of your week.

Fitness visitors do not need an annual club membership. Reserve a place before attending. Fencing classes and open fencing are separate.
Weekday sessions run before the evening fencing class. You can attend the fitness workout on its own.
Wear workout clothes and athletic shoes, and bring water. Tell us if you are new to strength training or returning after time away. You do not need to know kettlebell exercises before attending; the coach will explain the work and help you find an appropriate starting point.
Parking is behind the building in spaces marked for Allez Fencing Club.
