Payments & cancellations

Calendar-month tuition

Monthly tuition is automatically charged on the 25th for the upcoming calendar month.

This applies to monthly memberships, including private lesson packages. Your joining month is prorated through month-end at your package rate. Monthly packages renew on the 25th for the following month. Three-month packages renew every three months on the 25th with 5% savings; six-month packages renew every six months with 10% savings. If you join on or after the 25th, your first full package term is included in your joining payment. Dates and amounts are shown before payment.

The $250 annual family membership is first billed at the start of your third month of paid training, then every year. It is separate from class and lesson payments. Give 30 days’ notice before a scheduled annual charge to cancel its renewal.

Payments are nonrefundable, including monthly memberships and prepaid packages.

Recurring memberships require 30 days’ notice to cancel. Please email info@allezfencingclub.com to give notice.

Missed classes

If you miss a class, you’re welcome to make it up by joining your age group’s class on another day. Every group has multiple class days each week, giving you several makeup options.

Equipment rental

Trial equipment is provided free. Beginner members may rent assigned take-home protective gear and a carry bag for $15/month, plus a $100 refundable deposit. Weapons and body cords remain at the club for class use.

Drop-off & pickup

Parking is limited to 10 spaces. Youth classes follow a drop-off and pickup format.

Please keep parking spaces available for arriving families and return promptly for pickup.
