Information you give us

Trial bookings collect the fencer’s name and age, contact name, email, phone number, and chosen class date. We use these details to arrange the visit, contact you, and keep the class roster. Campaign labels may be saved with the booking to help us understand how people find Allez.

Accounts and payments

Account, membership, waiver, and attendance records support your training and club administration. Staff access depends on their role. Square processes card payments; the club portal displays card brand and last four digits rather than a full card number.

Optional website tracking

You can accept or decline optional analytics and advertising tracking. Booking works either way. With consent, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel help measure visits and completed trial bookings. We do not send trial names, contact details, exact ages, or class dates as analytics event parameters. Account and payment pages do not load these marketing trackers.

Our own optional tracking records store event type, broad page audience, an event reference, and time. These records are retained for up to 90 days. Campaign details attached to a trial remain part of the booking record. Google and Meta handle their own tracking data under their privacy policies.

Your choices

Use Tracking preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops future optional tracking on this site; it does not erase data already sent to a provider. Contact info@allezfencingclub.com with questions or requests about your information.
